Features and Applications

Actmix S-70CM is a pre-dispersed rubber vulcanizing agent developed for rubber and plastic foam materials such as NBR/PVC. For most NBR/PVC rubber and plastic foam materials, which have low Mooney viscosity and are soft in texture, it is usually difficult to achieve uniform distribution of sulfur. Actmix S-70CM uses carrier rubber and dispersant with excellent compatibility with polar rubber and plastic materials, ensuring uniform dispersion of sulfur in rubber, avoiding the appearance of local cross-linked zones, and improving the quality stability of foamed products. In terms of processing performance, compared with powdered sulfur, Actmix S-70CM disperses faster and more evenly, ensuring the activity of active substances.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: Convert accordingly based on the dosage of powdered sulfur.
Applications: Various soft rubber and plastic foam products, such as hoses, insulation sleeves, insulation gaskets, etc., especially products based on NBR and NBR/PVC blended materials.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, with a net weight of 25KG per carton; 600KG per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life of the product is one year.
